Supplemental Care Plans are essential for Enhanced Assisted Living residents who enjoy the dynamic assisted living lifestyle at Potomac Place, but require more support for various activities of daily living.

With this in mind, Potomac Place has created tailored care plans that provide personalized support based on the individual needs of each resident. From weekly assistance with grooming, to daily assistance with mobility and companion care, one of our four personalized care plans will ensure the highest level of additional care if, or when, it should ever be needed.
