Founded in 1981, Coordinated Services Management, Inc. (CSM) was created to offer professional management services to nonprofit, faith-based, community-based, and for-profit retirement communities in the D.C. Metro area and throughout Virginia.


Celebrating 30 years of committed care to seniors, CSM continues to be a strong, stable and financially sound company.  A tradition of quality care has enabled CSM to continue to expand and grow in service to the residents that live in their communities. CSM and the owners of the properties it manages are well positioned for the future and remain committed to a common goal: to provide the highest quality care and life enrichment services for the residents.
