With this in mind, Potomac Place has created personalized care plans specifically tailored to support Memory Care Center residents. From weekly assistance with grooming, to daily assistance with mobility and companion care, one of our three Personalized Care Plans will ensure the highest level of additional care if, or when, it should ever be needed.
